Anti-bacteria sterilization fabric

Mix polyester yarn 75De’ DTY containing Ag+ element with cotton 60’s or 120 De’ viscose rayon to add feeling of touch and gloss by air, and then weave according to the product use.  At this time, the manufacturing process for the yarn and weaving design are necessary to make it possible for the silver (Ag+) ion that functions as anti-bacteria and sterilization to finally contain 10 PPM. If you look at the sterilization mechanism, the bacteria’s’ –SH function, -CDOH function, -OH function, and processing and AG+ ion strongly combine, so that it destroys the bacterias’ cell membranes or agitate the cells’ functions.  Or, Ag+ ion works as a catalyst and becomes oxygenic active oxygen (O2+, O2-) to sterilize.  Another way would be the theory that kills bacterias when the bacterias in the size of 100~200nm intake the nanofied  Ag+ ion under 1nm, killing themselves by respiratory and metabolism impediments.  It is a technology that is applied to the products.

Post processing method is a method that combines silver solution in a chloride state with the fabric materials such as lingerie foundation and hospital gowns using a special binder.  Its test results show that it is a technology that can sustain an inner cleaning ability (sterilization rate of 99.9%) up to 20 times of cleaning.  Currently, this sector has not seen its full development yet worldwide, so we think its potential marketability is wide open with its concentrated research and development. In other words, the nano silver’s particle size must be less than 1 nm.  And the reason it has not been used more widely even with its superior function is when it is oxidized by heat, it turns black, so, even when it is heated for 30 minutes at 300 °C, silver that has no changes in its water function and colors is still needed.  Also, to increase the energy’s value, silver particle’s volume must be maximized, so that the rate of anti-bacteria fighting capability does not decrease as time progresses, and it is designed to have a superior durability and maximum sterilization capability with minimum quantity. A sterilization capability of 99.9% at 10 ppm (μg/ml) is required, and as a natural silver anti-bacteria organism, it must not give tolerance to micro organisms.  And with these technologies, we are developing sterilization fabric material with bacteria fighting capacity by selecting nano silver with extremely strong sterilization capability that can kill bacterias within 10 seconds.
